Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is seeking Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators for independent contractor work. You will receive a continuous stream of loads and negotiate rates with dispatchers to maximize earnings.

Applicants must own a vehicle, be eligible to work in the US, be 21 or older, and be able to read English. We also welcome Russian speakers and require registration with the company to take loads.

Qualifications

• Own your Sprinter or Cargo Van and be ready to operate as an independent contractor.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US (citizen, resident, green card or work authorization).
• Must be 21 years or older and able to read/understand basic English.
• We also hire Russian speakers; drivers must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Accept and execute loads as an owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Negotiate competitive per-mile rates with dispatchers.
• Maintain vehicle safety standards and provide required registrations and insurance when requested.
