Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement. You must own a vehicle, be eligible to work in the US, and speak basic English. Drivers must be 21+ and approved by VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept loads.

We offer competitive per-mile rates, quick pay in 3-5 business days, and loads across preferred routes. Long miles pay more; work Monday to Friday with flexible dispatch options.

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
• Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
• Driving experience of 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Operate own Sprinter/Cargo Van under independent contractor agreement.
• Receive loads through dispatchers with broker contacts.
• Negotiate rates and terms with dispatchers as part of the job.
• Ensure vehicle compliance with safety and insurance requirements.
