Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement to work with competitive rates and broker support. Dispatchers have 4+ years of experience and can negotiate rates; loads are frequent with quick-pay terms of 3-5 business days. All drivers must meet vehicle and legal eligibility requirements.

Owners must provide their own Sprinter or cargo van (<= 2016 model year for the Sprinter) and maintain compliance with company policies. Minimum monthly earnings start at $8,000 depending on vehicle and loads.

Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
