Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators for an independent contractor relationship with competitive rates and broker-backed loads. Dispatchers have extensive broker contacts and you can negotiate rates.

Loads are plentiful and payment terms are 3–5 business days with quick pay options, typically Monday–Friday operations. You must own a suitable vehicle, be legally able to work in the US, and meet the listed vehicle and age requirements.

Qualifications

• You must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization holder.
• Drivers and you must be at least 21 years old.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English (Russian speakers welcome).
• You must be approved and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load.
• This is an independent contractor owner-operator arrangement, not company drivers.
• Vehicle must meet requirements (<= 2016, min 4 straps and PPE, decals removed).
• Driving experience of 6 months.
• Minimum monthly earnings around $8,000+, depending on vehicle, loads, payload, and certificates.
