Owners supply the vehicle; we provide load opportunities and dispatch support. Minimum 6 months driving experience, 21+ years old, and basic English required. Company handles broker connections and rate negotiations, with emphasis on safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• You should have your own Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
