Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch and lead a Stroll magazine in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine reflective of your community.

Your first months focus on territory setup, client base, and then growing an asset you own, in a hybrid role blending in-person engagement with a home office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident
• Willingness to work hybrid (local engagement + home office)

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
