Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to partner and grow as a team. You can work under our authority or under yours, with OTR loads across 48 states and no forced dispatch. The onboarding is quick—2 days—with on-site orientation.

We offer weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 for solo drivers, plus a fuel card program, sign-on bonus, clean DOT inspection bonus, and 24/7 safety & ELD support. Bi-weekly home time ensures regular rest and family time.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.
