Job summary

EM Way is seeking owner-operators in Wyoming, offering solo or team employment with self-dispatch or staff dispatch support. CDL A is required, and drivers may rent a trailer through EM Way. No local freight and diverse freight options are available.

Current solos report earnings of $6–$10K weekly, with benefits including low-cost trailer rentals, fuel discounts, no-touch freight, and weekly direct deposits. Flexible contract options exist to fit individual needs.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A.
• Must have a Sleeper Truck or be willing to rent one of our trailers.
• Must own or be willing to rent a trailer through EM Way.
• Two years verifiable experience for preferred lanes.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a solo or team owner-operator with self-dispatch or company dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with trucking regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must have a CDL A.
• Must have a Sleeper Truck or willing to rent a Ryder truck through us (no lease purchases available).
• Must have a trailer or willing to rent a trailer from us (choose from van, flatbed or step-deck).
• Must be able to purchase your own tags (IRP).
• Must have 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run.
• No Local freight.
• No SAP Drivers.
