Job summary

EM Way is hiring solo or team Owner-Operators. You choose self-dispatch or let our staff handle the dispatch. Earnings depend on lanes, freight type, and how often you go home, with revenue sharing options up to 98% of the gross.

Solo drivers currently earn $6–$10K per week on our freight network. We offer low-cost trailer rentals (van, flatbed, step-deck), pickup of rate sheets for transparency, and rapid support from safety and admin staff.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A and sleeper truck or be willing to rent one.
• Must have trailer or rent a trailer from us (van, flatbed or step-deck).
• 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run.

Responsibilities

• Self-dispatch or let our trained staff handle the dispatch.
• Maintain timely communication and manage freight with our network.
• Utilize our fuel discount program to maximize savings.

Requirements

• Must have a CDL A
• Must have a Sleeper Truck or willing to rent a Ryder truck through us (no lease purchases available)
• Must have a trailer or willing to rent a trailer from us (choose from van, flatbed or step-deck)
• Must be able to purchase your own tags (IRP)
• Must have 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run
