CDL Training Guide is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for solo or team opportunities at EM Way. Drivers have the flexibility to choose between self-dispatch or allow trained staff to manage logistics. The earning potential is significant, with current solos reporting earnings between $6-10K weekly based on freight type and run frequency.

EM Way is hiring solo/team OOs (must have power unit trailer OR rent one of our trailers for low-cost).

Requirements

• Must have a CDL A
• Must have a Sleeper Truck or willing to rent a Ryder truck through us (no lease purchases available)
• Must have a trailer or willing to rent a trailer from us (choose from van, flatbed or step-deck)
• Must be able to purchase your own tags (IRP)
• Must have 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run
• No Local freight
• No SAP Drivers
