Job summary

SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks a self-motivated Project Manager / Estimator. You will perform estimating and take-offs, manage job costs, and coordinate deliveries for storefront projects. This dual-role requires clear client communication and timely invoicing to ensure projects stay on budget.

Ideal candidates read architectural drawings, have glazing/ storefront experience, and can travel the Midwest as needed. We offer ESOP, 401(k), PTO, health plans, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience with material take-offs and optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimating and take-offs for storefront projects.
• Oversee project job costing and schedules of values.
• Coordinate material deliveries and invoicing to jobsites.
• Draft quotations, change orders, and contract modifications with clients.
• Travel periodically to promote products and services.
