Job summary

Residences at The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking an Owner Services Manager who will be the primary contact for Owners post-purchase. You will manage reservations, vacation selections, and rental program processes, while maintaining accurate reporting and strong Owner relationships.

The role reports to the Director of Owner Services and offers a pay range of $32.00 to $38.00 per hour, with eligibility for the annual bonus program. Applications accepted until September 13, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality, resort, property management, or customer service experience required.
• Previous reservations experience or knowledge of reservations processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new Owners following the purchase and serve as a knowledgeable resource throughout the Owner experience.
• Educate Owners on the property’s rental program, including the exclusive rental agreement available through the Managing Agent, rental opportunities, and applicable processes.
• Explain and administer the Owner rotation system based on assigned Owner Letter Numbers, ensuring selections and assignments are handled accurately and equitably.
• Conduct twice-yearly Owner selections for PVW and Space Available Nights, including packet prep, managing expectations, and waitlists.
• Proactively increase Owner usage by facilitating Owner-to-Owner trades, PVW rentals, and advance booking opportunities.
• Enter and maintain all confirmed Owner and rental reservations in HMS and reconcile data with supporting spreadsheets.
