Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Event MS to assist in creating memorable experiences for Owners and guests. You will coordinate event development, liaise with vendors, verify eligibility for events, and help deliver engaging sales presentations.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays, strong teamwork, professional interaction with guests, and adherence to safety and company policies. The position supports Sales & Marketing and involves general office duties.

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for the event and corresponding sales/tours.
• Oversee the event development process, creating the event, interacting with vendors, coordinating data and invitations.
• Follow the established contract review process to ensure all vendors meet risk management requirements.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Aide coworkers, ensuring they understand their role in the event.
• Monitor events to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, faxing).
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
