Job summary

Per Se Group is seeking an owner-side development leader in Beloit, WI to take ownership from planning through completion of major real estate developments. You’ll work directly with ownership, architects, GCs, and investors, steering schedules, costs, and contracts to keep projects on track.

You’ll drive value engineering, push critical-path solutions, and ensure clear accountability across partners while maintaining strong investor communications. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale real estate developments.
• Ability to read drawings, budgets, schedules and development/investment structures.
• Proven track record of coordinating GC, architects, consultants and investors.

Responsibilities

• Drive schedules and attack critical-path issues before they become excuses for delays.
• Own hard and soft cost performance, forecasts, variances, and change-order decisions.
• Push value engineering that protects the project without sacrificing the end result.
• Represent ownership in conversations with GCs, architects, consultants, and other partners.
• Manage RFPs, contracts, scopes, agreements, and processes that keep everyone accountable.
• Keep investors and partners informed with clear, direct communication.
• Build better project controls when the existing process isn't good enough.
