Job summary

Drexel Building Supply in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue, manage client relations, and optimize project delivery. You will lead the sales pipeline, coordinate with builders, and ensure accurate scoping, logistics, and on-time fulfillment while protecting margins and supporting ESOP growth.

You will operate our CRM/ERP workflows, log precise scopes of work, and mentor teammates as you grow the business with a strong customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Experience managing a sales pipeline from inquiry to close.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP tools and data entry accuracy.
Ability to coordinate logistics and timelines across teams.

Responsibilities

Operational pace-setting: set tempo for the sales pipeline and close actions weekly.
Tactical communication: lead daily huddle and share project updates.
System mastery: log leading indicators and complete Scopes of Work (SOW).
Logistics logic: ensure templates respect lead times and OTIF capacity.
The science of dispatching: optimize schedules and minimize wasted hours.
