Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents, and develop a recurring revenue stream.

This hybrid role combines in-person relationship building with work from your home office, following a clear launch plan. You’ll establish your territory, grow your client base, and build a business with your name on it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident status is required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories that reflect the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
