N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. Area Directors operate as a local publisher: building partnerships with local business owners, featuring residents and their stories, and growing a recurring revenue stream.

This hybrid role follows a clear launch plan. Your first months focus on establishing your territory and building your client base, then you’ll grow a business with your name on it while working from home office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident and ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and sales initiative with a proven plan.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
