Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, showcase residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream.

This hybrid role combines in-person relationship building with a home-office setup. You’ll follow a clear launch plan, establish your territory, and grow a business under your name with national support from N2.

Qualifications

• Natural relationship-builder with consultative sales instincts.
• Self-motivated and coachable, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build a local advertiser network and manage client relationships.
• Strong initiative and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
