The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. As a local publisher, you’ll build partnerships with nearby business owners, feature residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship-building with a home office, offering freedom over your schedule, a proven launch plan, and national support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting community heart.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and support.
• Lead the publication's growth as the market's face of Stroll.
