As an Allstate Financial Specialist, you’ll build your own practice with backing from Allstate Agency owners, and you’ll meet clients face-to-face with a team of licensed professionals to help with leads.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business.

Responsibilities

• Help clients build protection and asset accumulation strategies.
• Meet clients face-to-face and provide ongoing service.
• Collaborate with Allstate agency owners to access leads.
