Job summary

Allstate invites you to own a meaningful financial services practice under the Allstate brand. As an Allstate Financial Specialist, you’ll build your own practice with support from Allstate and collaborate with agency owners to drive new business in your community.

Our team provides ongoing education, access to diverse product offerings, and leads. You’ll meet face-to-face with clients and work toward expanding revenue streams while maintaining your independence as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Prior experience as a Financial Advisor/Planner or Registered/Investment Representative preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice with support from Allstate.
• Drive new business in your community in collaboration with Allstate Agency owners.
• Provide lead-driven client engagement and grow revenue streams.
