Job summary

Allstate Corporation seeks a Financial Specialist to build and scale a personalized financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You will work with agency owners to drive new business and expand revenue streams while leveraging Allstate resources and training.

You will meet customers in person, manage a broad set of product offerings, and receive ongoing education to succeed in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses required.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable) required.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice with Allstate support.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and develop deep client relationships.
• Collaborate with Allstate agency owners to generate new leads and revenue streams.
• Operate as an independent contractor under Allstate’s brand and resources.
