Finni Health is seeking a BCBA with ownership interest to help build and run a new practice. You will set up guidelines, supervise staff, and collaborate with families while expanding access to autism care across markets. The role can focus locally or serve remote clients in other states, with a nationwide empowerment mission.

The position emphasizes ownership responsibilities, leadership in supervision, and delivering evidence-based ABA interventions in alignment with current research.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required for the role.
• State licensure to practice in the hired state is required.
• Minimum three years of ABA experience with supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete reports.
• Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation and staff training.
• Ensure evidence-based methodologies reflect current research.
• Train and supervise clinical staff with feedback on ABA delivery.
• Collaborate with families on behavior support strategies.
