AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to launch and grow certified AAA-branded agencies. You’ll offer AAA Memberships and multi-line insurance products, building a profitable business with a scalable plan and support from AAA.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain property & casualty and life/health licensing, plus the capital to invest. A comprehensive onboarding and ongoing assistance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated drive to build a profitable agency.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health preferred; willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to invest capital and manage a local AAA-branded agency.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an independent AAA agency serving members.
• Sell AAA Memberships and insurance products to a defined client base.
• Develop a compliant agency plan and recruit staff as needed.
