Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of one year of related manufacturing experience
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and/or equipment
• Good communication skills
• Able to read a tape measure
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed

Responsibilities

• Assist mill operators and operate side loaders
• Perform warehouse duties and follow safety rules
• Safely use power tools including banding equipment and nail guns
• Label parts, order numbers, and attach IDs for tracking
• Provide cost-saving ideas to improve productivity
• Maintain continuous improvement in the work area
• Inspect products visually according to Quality Systems
• Read a tape measure and follow posted schedules
• Be a team player and keep safety first
• Be willing/able to work overtime
