Job summary

RGNext seeks an RF/Systems engineer to lead RF Safety and support the Flight Safety systems across Kwajalein Atoll and shipboard operations. You will develop safety documentation, perform surveys, and coordinate with site personnel and management.

Requires a STEM degree and 2+ years in RF or related fields; must be able to relocate to Kwajalein Atoll and obtain a Secret security clearance. Jump aboard for diverse, challenging missions and overseas work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related STEM degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Engineering, RF or related disciplines.
• Experience creating documentation and reports for requirements, design, testing, planning, and other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RF Safety program, including RF surveys, safety documentation, training, and project oversight.
• Communicate with management and government; coordinate RF oversight for programs and projects.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve land/sea-based rocket Flight Safety systems on Kwajalein, Roi Namur, and on a ship.
• Perform fault detection, fault isolation, analysis, reporting, repair, testing and documentation.
• Ensure systems are cyber compliant per RMF accreditation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
