Job summary

FUNBOY is seeking a Production and Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end production, from factory sourcing to quality control, with overseas manufacturing partners. You will oversee on-time, high-quality output, manage multiple product lines, and optimize lead times and costs.

You will collaborate with co-manufacturers and suppliers, participate in weekly Demand/Supply meetings, and ensure compliance with FUNBOY’s manufacturing standards. International travel may be required.

• Experience with overseas/Asian factories.
• Experience with large-scale projects for Walmart/Target/Amazon.
• Strong problem solving with urgency.
• Multitask, prioritize and negotiate.
• Collaborative across multiple disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Travel willingness as needed.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Partner with overseas co-manufacturers on day-to-day production operations.
• Participate in weekly Demand/Supply team meetings.
• Develop deep knowledge of FUNBOY products & components.
• Manage production across multiple product lines.
• Ensure on-time, in-full production within lead times.
• Monitor supplier lead times and capacity at co-manufacturing sites.
• Drive production efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
• Create and maintain QC requests and reports across POs.
• Maintain production documents and programs (artwork, packing, testing).
• Travel to factories overseas as needed.
