SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to manage international OEM sourcing and merchandising. You will identify overseas manufacturers, negotiate pricing, and manage the full sourcing process from sampling to production.

You will travel internationally to visit factories and domestically to attend trade shows, collaborating with design and sales teams on new products and cost optimization.

Formación

• 3+ years in international product sourcing or merchandising.
• Hands-on experience with overseas manufacturers and OEM processes.
• Experience negotiating costs, MOQs, lead times, and terms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify overseas OEM manufacturers and suppliers and establish relationships.
• Source new products and evaluate capacity, quality, and price competitiveness.
• Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
• Coordinate samples, revisions, and production schedules.
• Manage sourcing projects from inquiry to final production.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality and on-time delivery.
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs and improve sourcing efficiency.
• Identify market trends and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and sales on new product development.
• Review product costs, selling prices and margins.
• Support assortment planning and new product launches.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and demand.
