Job summary

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location. The role requires leadership of OM&R tasks, CMMS updates, and a proactive maintenance program.

The candidate will establish and maintain prioritized schedules, drive best practices, and measure performance against set goals while working in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

• Active in scope Secret clearance.
• High school diploma, vocational or trade school diploma.
• Five years of leadership experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Familiar with CMMS.
• Aptitude to use work management systems and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record all OM&R work requests.
• Manage day-to-day operations and CMMS updates.
• Execute a preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain prioritized OM&R and PM schedules.
• Initiate best practices and measure performance against goals.
