Job summary

SOS International LLC (SOSi) seeks a Site Manager to provide oversight and serve as the single point of contact with the Government for a Facilities and Life Support Contract at an overseas location. The role requires handling diverse functions including facilities maintenance, security, engineering design, and construction activities.

Qualified candidates will possess TS/SCI with polygraph, a B.S. in Engineering or Business Management, and extensive management experience within IC/DoD

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 8 years of management level experience with contract responsibility and complexity.
• 5 years of personnel management experience.
• IC or DoD experience preferred.
• If the bachelor’s degree is in another field, add 6 years of experience in Engineering or Business Management.
• Candidates with no bachelor’s degree will be reviewed case by case by the USG.
• Must have a high school, vocational, or trade school diploma AND 10 years in management positions and 6 years in Engineering or Business Management; the 6 years can be concurrent with the 10 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SOSi’s face to the customer and be responsible for all aspects of site task order execution.
• Provide guidance across all functions to ensure successful completion of all tasks.
• Oversee and manage Prime power production, facilities and infrastructure maintenance, hospitality services, fire alarm and suppression system maintenance, security equipment and infrastructure maintenance, engineering design, minor construction, grounds maintenance, and warehousing/inventory management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Active in scope TS/SCI with polygraph.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Management.


• 8 years management level experience with contract responsibility and complexity.


• 5 years personnel management experience.


• IC or DoD experience.


• If Bachelors in another field add 6 years experience in Engineering or Business Management. The 6 years can be concurrent with the 8 years management level experience.


• Candidate with no Bachelors degree will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the USG.

  • Minimum 10 years in management level positions of responsibility and complexity and 6 years experience in Engineering or Business Management. The 6 years can be concurrent with the 10 years management level experience.
  
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the IC or DoD.

Additional Information

Work Environment

• Must reside at an overseas location.


• Periodic travel to other overseas locations, some remote, and to the Washington, DC Metro Area.


• Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.


• Position may require travel on short notice.


• Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
