Job summary

RGNext seeks a Senior Calibration Lab Manager for an overseas role on Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. Lead and direct a Government Owned Contractor Operated lab, ensuring TMDE calibration, verification, and repair activities meet stringent accuracy and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership, strong budgeting, vendor coordination, and adherence to USATA policies, with relocation to Kwajalein Atoll and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Management or related discipline, or experience in lieu of education.
• Five (5) or more years Leadership/Management experience.
• Working knowledge of US Army TMDE Activity calibration requirements, policies, and practices or similar.
• Knowledge of AR750-1, AR750-43, TB750-25, TB43-180.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all aspects of a Government Owned Contractor Operated Calibration lab.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Mentor employees in calibration strategies, regulations, and policies.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other labs for TMDE calibration/repair.
• Prepare reports, charts, and performance metrics.
