Qualifications Needed

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to transport individuals in The Arc vehicles, or in a personal vehicle when required by service location.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a DSP in our residential program, you will:

Assist with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, routines)

Encourage independence and personal goal achievement

Build trusting, respectful relationships

Promote a safe, healthy, and empowering environment

Awake Overnights

This is a fully awake overnight position. Staff are expected to remain alert and engaged throughout the shift. We have PT and FT openings available.
