Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working directly with children; two years of social services education may substitute for the required experience.
• Able to pass required Background Checks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents and maintain continuity of the daily schedule.
• Ensure safety of residents at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team and complete all required documentation timely.
