Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals in Duluth, MN. This role supports individuals with disabilities, working from 11 pm to 7 am in four-bedroom homes in the Duluth area.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, depending on driving status and location hired for. Responsibilities include personal care, daily living activities, medication administration, and engaging residents in activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration, documentation.
• Work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Administer basic first aid as needed.
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them.
