Abraxas Youth and Family Services is seeking a Youth Development Technician for overnight shifts in South Mountain, PA. You will help provide a safe, structured environment, role model positive behavior, and support youth during late hours and morning routines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and ongoing development, with a focus on growth, safety, and compassionate service to youth and families within a mission-driven program.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Age: At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• TB and drug testing administered.
• Background checks as required by policy.
• Ability to work with computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to provide a structured, safe environment for each youth.
• Promote growth through therapeutic groups and individual work.
• Provide safety through room checks, searches, supervision, and documentation.
• Deescalate during crisis; may involve safety interventions.
• Follow program processes and undergo ongoing training.
