Abraxas Youth and Family Services in Marienville, PA is seeking an Overnight Youth Care Worker to provide compassionate supervision and support for clients during the night shift. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and meaningful client interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must pass criminal background check investigation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Interact meaningfully with clients.
• Complete security calls with supervisor.
• Maintain regular communication with co-worker(s).
• Supervise morning routine; observes client behavior and intervenes appropriately.
• Conduct and document random/unpredictable head counts/bed checks.
• Conduct outside building security checks.
