Northwood Children’s Services in Duluth, MN is seeking an Overnight Counselor to supervise and care for students in a treatment setting. This full-time overnight position runs typically 10 PM–8 AM, with sleeping hours 11–6, and focuses on safety, routine, and daily activity prep.

Qualified candidates will be at least 21 years old, have some college or related experience, and be prepared to work with children and adolescents in a supportive, structured environment.

• At least 21 years of age.
• (2) years of college or other related post high-school education
• or four (4) years of experience in childcare or the human services field
• Bachelor's degree and one (1) or more years' experience in the childcare or human services field is preferred but not require

Responsabilidades

• Overnight Counselors are responsible for the care and supervision of students.
• This is a full-time asleep overnight position.
• This position works with children and adolescents in a treatment setting.
• Primary duties include supervision, responding to situations or concerns that arise over the course of the asleep overnight shift, and preparing students for daily activities.
