Job summary

CJR is hiring a Night Youth Counselor/Mentor in Winsted, CT, to provide direct care and supervision to adolescents. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, leading activities, and facilitating therapeutic programming. A high school diploma and a minimum of 6 months experience with youth are required. Full-time shifts involve working 40 hours per week at $20 per hour with overtime available. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with at-risk or court-involved youth.
• A valid driver’s license is required for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic programming including Restorative Justice Practices.
