Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with youth, shelters, or related social services preferred.
• Ability to work awake overnight hours, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and overnight supervision for shelter residents.
• Monitor residents to ensure safety and order during overnight hours.
• Complete overnight bed checks and required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and resident needs; provide crisis support as needed.
• Assist with morning routines and waking residents for school.
• Maintain clean, safe shelter environments and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete shift notes, incident reports, and relevant records.
