Todays Children Inc. is seeking a compassionate Youth Care Worker to support a group of children with emotional and behavioral needs during the overnight shift. You will supervise 6-7 children in a home-like setting, document observations, and assist with daily living skills.

The role runs overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM as a full-time position, with starting pay from $18.00 per hour. A benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with 6-7 children with emotional and/or behavioral needs in a structured, home-like environment
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) to monitor and support children with severe behavioral challenges
• Accurately document observations, incidents, and progress in daily records
• Maintain a safe and clean living space through light housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks
