Pathway Society Inc. is seeking individuals to join the Withdrawal Management program as Withdrawal Management Technicians in San Jose, CA. The role involves direct care under the Program Director, with training in withdrawal management protocols and state regulations.
Responsibilities include client safety checks, vitals, documentation, medication supervision, and coordination for admissions/discharges. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and obtain a California driver license.

Pathway Society is seeking individuals with experience in working with substance use populations for it’s Withdrawal Management program. Wthdrawal Management technicians will provide direct care to clients under the direction of the facility’s Program Director. All Withdrawal Management technicians will be required to take up to 20 hours of training in withdrawal management protocols, state regulations, substance use conditions and the electronic health record.
