Job summary

Georgia Veterinary Emergency and Triage Services (GVETS) is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to provide welcoming client care and frontline support during evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays at our Watkinsville location. You will partner with clinicians to maintain smooth patient flow and assist with paperwork and payments.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and able to handle stressful situations with compassion for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.
• Calm, friendly, and confident demeanor in fast-paced or emotional situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and on the phone, guiding them through reception procedures.
• Triage emergency calls and walk-in cases and relay information quickly to the medical team.
• Enter client and patient information accurately into medical records.
• Process invoices and payments with attention to detail.
• Support veterinarians, technicians, and CSRs to keep the front desk organized and welcoming.
