Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Overnight Weekend Material Handler/Driver to support inventory and local deliveries for compounded medications. The role combines warehouse duties with safe, timely transportation, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and temperature-control discipline in a pharmacy environment.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an 7:30 PM–6:00 AM schedule Monday to Thursday, offering $20–$22 per hour plus $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in pharma/compounding.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory/docs.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect items for damages or discrepancies.
• Put away received items in designated storage locations and load/unload deliveries.
• Ensure packing lines are supplied with materials to maintain workflow; assist with shipping/pack-out processes.
• Ensure inventory items meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and support best-practice implementations.
• Collaborate with team members, pharmacists, and departments to support smooth operations.
