Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead store warehouse operations in Totowa, NJ. You will supervise warehouse staff and manage daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required (warehouse/distribution preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments and maintain relationships.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills in Windows-based systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment and compliant warehouse operations.
• Enforce warehouse safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Train associates and enforce SOPs; manage disciplinary processes.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Prepare management activity reports and ensure timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Oversee Storage Buy Audit COP and inventory rotation.
