Job summary

E.A. Sween is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, TX to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staffing and workflow, and ensure productivity and safety. You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and address performance issues while building a dependable warehouse team.

This hands-on leadership role requires clear communication, accountability, and a focus on food-safety standards. Shift runs 10pm-6am; benefits include healthcare, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a similar operation.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, productivity, and performance expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook.

E.A. Sween is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, TX. You will lead daily warehouse operations while managing staffing, productivity, food safety, employee performance, and team development.

This is an active leadership position for someone who communicates clearly, holds people accountable, solves problems quickly, and knows how to build a dependable warehouse team.

• Must pass required physical examination, drug screen, and background check
