Job summary

Uline in Coppell, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift to lead teams hands-on across inbound, outbound and warehouse support functions. The role includes an 18-month rotational program and opportunities to earn certifications while developing leadership and operational expertise.

Hours are Sunday–Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $28–$35 with a $2 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits and growth potential in a family-owned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to frequently move packages weighing 50-70 lbs.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
