Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in the Boynton Beach store. You will unload, audit, and stage products and ensure accurate receiving paperwork.

This full-time/part-time role requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail. Base pay starts at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail and able to work in varying conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage products for inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee stock rotations within the warehouse.
• Complete required training including forklift certification.
