Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish schedules and procedures and coordinate worker activities for the shift.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer service adherence.
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet with team members to monitor progress and coach performance.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend rewards or raises.
• Address performance issues through corrective actions.
• Implement health, safety, security initiatives and policies.
• Provide orientation and resources to employees and leads.
