Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 3rd shift (Sun–Fri, 10:30 pm–6:40 am). You will coordinate forklift driver assignments and oversee inventory, acting as the main shift contact to resolve manpower issues and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will also train staff, uphold safety, quality, and Compass values, and ensure proper material placement, waste handling, and cycle counts. A forklift certification is required and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school required; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Warehouse experience is required; overtime may be needed.
