McLane Company, Inc. invites applications for a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to support our Ocala distribution center. This role emphasizes safe handling, accurate loading, and proactive quality checks to protect product integrity.

The position requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork, with a 3rd shift (overnight) schedule. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement in a long‑standing national logistics organization.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must read, write and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Job duties completed by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
